All fluid transfer systems require accessories to insure proper installation and maximum efficincy. Proper assembly specifications may include several (over the cover) products to enhance abrasion resistance, heat resistance, UV light resistance or contain a spill that may occur from a damaged assembly. In any case, Mid-State offers a complete line of products to meet your hose assembly protection needs.

Hose sleeving has become widely used as a means to bundle hose assemblies and offer some protection from abrasion, UV light and pinhole leaks and spillage. Enhancements to material have led to more versatile sleeving that meet a wider range of applications. For instance, our Diamondback Hose Sleeve has become popular with companies building products for Europe as it meets the new line of sight operator specification as mandated by the EU. The Reusable Bundle Sleeve is perfect to bundle multiple hose assemblies. The sleeve uses a hook and loop closure system that allows for easy installation and access to the assemblies before and after they have been installed. Firesleeve is a product that is manufactured from fiberglass and is coated with a specially compounded silicon rubber that can resist continuous temperatures up to 500°.

Cinch and hanging straps are used in applications that allow for natural hose expansion and quick easy installation. Hanging straps can be used to mount multiple assemblies to a rigid point and still allow for movement and expansion of the assemblies. Cinch straps are durable, allow for multiple assemblies to be bundled and are easy to install at points in the hose routing that are most vulnerable.

We also offer a complete line of Code 61 and Code 62 split flange adapters in straight, 45° and 90° elbows. Various thread connections are available opposite the flange pad.

Suction flanges are also available in 45° and 90° configurations and can be ordered with or without the floating flange.
